I had a great weekend at the Joga Retreat. Jo was very friendly and welcoming. You felt like you were part of a Yoga family .

As a beginner I found the Yoga challenging but fun. I am definitely going to keep practising it. Dr Kamaraj is an excellant teacher.

The Joga Beats class helped vary the Yoga. This was a music based class in the evening.

The Quadrangle is a lovely peaceful place surrounded by fields. You really feel like you are in the country and its only a short train ride from London.

The food was excellant and there was a selection of fruit for snacks between meals.

We were blessed with sun at the weekend and between Yoga classes it was wonderful to sunbathe in the garden. There is a stream at the end of the garden if you are brave enough!

I would recommend the weekend to anyone with an interest in Yoga.

    • So glad you enjoyed it Jo! And you were part of a yoga family…The waltons! Thank You so much for coming it was really great to meet you….hopefully you might come to another one in the future! x

Please advise when the next retreat is (after the July one). Thank you.

    • Cindy there are 2 retreats coming up…One in Ibiza 4-11th Oct, or one at Shoreham in Kent on 26-28th October. Let me know if you’re interested. I think we’re going to have a lot of fun on both! 🙂

  3. I went to the July retreat in Shoreham and had an amazing time! I arrived feeling exhausted and stressed, and left fully relaxed and revived. I would recommend this to anyone.

What I most liked about the retreat was the lack of pressure. If we wanted to spend time alone with a book or just walking out in the beautiful surrounding coutryside – that was fine. If you wanted to get involved with everything and make friends, that was fine too!

I was pushed far beyond my comfort level, but left feeling totally comfortable.

Thanks everyone for a wonderful experience.

    Em x

Thanks so much for such a fun and exhilarating retreat in October. As ever your JoGa Beats session was brilliant and I really enjoyed trying Jivamukti yoga for the first time (and was inspired to do another Jivamukti workshop). The sound meditation was incredible. You really pulled together a great group of teachers and I for one had a brilliant time.
