More often than not, people get freaked out about the idea of taking a yoga class with others and being judged on their efforts.

A lot of my friends & clients say they feel intimidated entering a studio space with others already in the groove with a teachers style and prefer one-on-one classes or with close friends.

Having myself started out at Bikram’s hot yoga studios 6 years ago in London, I am also very aware how large classes often leave beginners with no idea what they are doing, sometimes causing more harm than good.

The aim of my private classes are to give people the attention they need when starting out to get the postures right & giving them the confidence to enter a class knowing they have their alignment nailed.

At the opposite end of the scale, going to a mixed level class, when you have been practicing for years, can also be frustrating.

For those in need of a more challenging class and who enjoy working up a sweat, I have choreographed several Vinyasa Flow classes that focus mainly on core strength as well as general toning and stretching.

Many postural problems arise from hours spent hunched over our desks & a complete lack of core strength to support the spine and keeping the body supported.

I also teach a series of Dynamic Classes on a on-to-one level and to my client base of JoGa in The Park.

60 MINS 1-2-1 = 50 Euros
90 MINS 1-2-1 = 80 Euros

60 MINS FOR MORE THAN 1 & UP TO 4 PEOPLE= 80 Euros
90 MINS FOR MORE THEN ONE AND UP TO 4 PEOPLE =  100 Euros
